| INSPECTION |
 Inspection
Inspection & quality control of components, by physical dimensions checking as per our drawing specifications. In physical, Dimensions, Hardness, Tension, Compression, Cracks detection, Pressure Testing, surface finish etc. is checked in our own factory by different measuring instruments, machines, fixtures. For chemical testing/ analysis, Tensile / Compression strength and micro structure we use outside approved laboratories. We carry out 100% inspection of all critical components for critical areas under the supervision of quality control team with proper tools. This proves interchangeability of components and good performance of the product. |
| Store |
| The material is kept in the store in proper sequence and manner and issued as per first in first out basis. Material can be located very easily and kept with applying rust preventive wherever essential. Also inventory is controlled as per the norms. This all helps us in smooth production. |
| Felting and Grinding |
| Grinding and surface finishing is done on non-machine surface with the help of flexible shaft grinders and suitable emery/ wire wheels. Casting sealer is applied on inside surfaces of all components. |
| Cleaning |
| All components are cleaned with high pressure kerosene jet in specially designed cleaning booth before assembly. cleaned components are dried with compressed air. |
| Sub Assembly |
| Sub assemblies are made with respective mating parts debarring and smoothening the surface. Proper clearances are maintained for easy working. The sub assemblies are made on special fixture / jigs as per the techniques laid down by our experts/ engineers who got long experience in this line. The supervision is done by technically qualified personnel's |
| Final Assembly |
 The engines are built with very special techniques and theory for maintaing suitable clearances/freeness/ norm resulting in correct valve, fuel timing. Special futures are used for achieving these results under the control of supervisors who are experts in this line. Every engine is being checked by the supervisors before it goes for testing and record of such a data is entered in the History Card of the engine. this all results in very less test bed rejection and lower fuel/ lubricating oil consumption . |
| Testing |
 All engines are 100 % tested for fuel consumption, lubricating oil consumption, power output, smoke condition, leak proof joints and governing. The testing is done on Hydraulic/ Rope Brake Dynamometers as per Indian slandered specification let down for this type of engines. All parameter are checked/measured with well calibrated instruments by and experienced qualified engineers and recorded on History Card. This gives confidence to the customer in our product for whatever application maybe. |
| Painting and Packing |
 The engines are degreased with a chemical to remove oil rust and dust from surfaces. Sump cleaning is also done by sponging. Before painting primer is applied on the surface and finally two coats of (Polyurethane Base) paint is spray painted. This paint gives excellent aesthetic look with long lasting life. engines are covered with a Polyethylene bag protect from dust, dert and water before packing. Finally packing is done in wooden boxes with accessories for export box side are also covered with polyethylene sheets and anti-rusting silica gal packets are put. |
| Quality Control |
 The entire product is manufactured under stringent quality control at all stages of manufacturing under the supervision of highly qualified & experienced persons in this field. Audit inspection is done at every stage of manufacturing and for final product. the records of such activities material inventory is maintained with the help of computers.
